DELIVERY

We will email you confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

All our parcels are sent through the Royal Mail’s one day delivery service. Please note:
-   All parcel deliveries must be signed for;
-   The one day service is advisory, not guaranteed;
-   Larger items can be tracked through https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ - please check your confirmation email for the tracking number.

We currently only offer delivery to the UK, including The Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your product arrives defected or damaged, please contact us immediately.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item within 10 working days from the date you received it, for exchange or refund. We aim to process any return within 48 hours. 

To exchange an item:

  • the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in;
  • the item must be securely packed, in the original packaging and dust bag - please ensure the parcel is watertight and secure;
  • please use a trackable shipping service with adequate compensation cover to send the item;
  • the item must be sent to Honeys Green Farmhouse, Lewes Road, East Sussex, TN22 5RE;
  • you will receive a confirmation email on our receipt of your returned item;
  • unless already agreed with us, please identify which product you would like to exchange for the original. We will do our best to accommodate and will contact you to discuss your options;
  • your exchange will be arranged on receipt of the original item, and will be processed as a new order.

  • refunds will be applied to the method of payment used to make the order;
  • refunds will only be to the value of the price paid for the item, this includes any promotions, sales or offers used both on the website or at a physical store at the point of purchase;
  • refunds will appear in your account within 10 working days.
